This is a magnificent Fleta from the same era as the great 72 Cedar Fleta that John Williams used to record his Abeniz album and his Bach Lute Suite Album. A golden era for Cedar Fleta guitars to be sure. This guitar has been very well cared for, and is in remarkable condition. With the exception of the seemingly ever present string ding below the tie block at the first string, it has very few marks and the finish is clean with only a little of the normal 'age crazing' found in such guitars. It is a stunningly beautiful Fleta.

As some Fleta's can be a bit challenging on the left hand I was curious to see if this was comfortable or 'one of the challenging ones', fortunately it is the former and plays effortlessly. The tone has that magical blend of Spanish heritage, Fleta nobility, and cedar warmth that has made the best of these guitars so legendary.

I rarely have a Fleta of this caliber come through the shop, if you are seeking a Fleta at the highest level, this may be the one you have been waiting for.
