This is just a really sweet older Kohno, from 1983, the Spruce is so lovely and honey colored it almost looks like Cedar, and the grain on the Rosewood back and sides is lovely.
This is the “Professional” model and the quality of the woods and finish details demonstrate that. For a guitar from 1983 it is in remarkable condition too, presenting as near new, with only a few very very light playing marks that are really only visible if you hold the guitar in just the right light and look closely.
A very warm sounding Spruce guitar with a clean precise voice, really adaptable to any style of music, very pleasant to hear and comfortable to play.
