I have been offering German’s guitars for nearly 20 years now and all that time I have consistently found them to be lovely sounding guitars, with ample volume and a very high level of workmanship all at a seriously unbelievable price. Probably one of the better all around values in the Classical Guitar world in my opinion.

Although he makes Flamenco guitars and other styles of classical guitars, my favorite model has always been his “Hauser style” model, like this one. This new guitar just arrived, and as usual shows German’s expected high level of detail and finish work ( he has done repairs and re polishing on some very very fine and expensive collectible guitars for me, his work is superb). It is a beautiful instrument.

The voice is clear and has great separation of voices, and for a brand new unplayed Spruce,which as we all know will only get more lovely over time, she already has a gorgeous voice, and I must say rather surprising volume as well. Super comfortable to play and already with loads of character that will only improve as she is played in, it is a fine choice for any player. Several concert artists of note have played GV Rubio guitars.
