We all know that Scott Tennant played his Woodfield ’Natalie’ for many years, but in 2023 his friend Andrew York obtained a new Woodfield as well which he has owned and played up to now. Enjoy the video on this page of Andy playing this exact guitar, and well as him holding this guitar in the photo with Scott.
This is a beautiful Woodfield, and Phil selected a flawless spruce top, and gorgeous Macassar Ebony for the back and sides. He mounted a nice set of Alessi tuners, and of course adorned the instrument with his hand crafted art designs for the rosette and on the tie block.
This instrument was kept in like new condition by Andy, you can watch the video to get an idea of the lovely tone, though I think it sounds even better live which is often the case.
