The Holy Grail for Ramirez lovers, the Centenario model is in honor of 100 years of guitar making in the Ramirez family. Ramirez reports that they set aside their very best woods for these guitars, only their top class soundboards, and finest rosewoods. In addition this model is set apart from its ’standard’ siblings by detailed workmanship such as the sculpted heel cap, head stock inlay, and elegant inlays in the rosette and purflings and more.

This example is in mint ‘as new’ condition and appears as if it left the Ramirez shop only yesterday, flawless new condition and is certainly a lovely instrument in every detail.

The tone and volume while in some ways typical of Ramirez guitars, is at the same time, a bit ‘more’, having a noticeable something ‘extra’ over and above its standard Ramirez counterparts, no doubt due to the extra care, and selected woods combined to create this special Ramirez model.
