This guitar by Stephan Connor is a power house and beautifully built, as you can see from the photos here it is a lattice brace design, fine Spruce Top with ‘bear claw’, and wonderful detail touches like the Flame Maple Center strip along the back and on the head stock.

The tuners are Alessi, very smooth, and Connor ads a ’sound port’ with a magnetic cover plate so that you can leave it closed, or if you prefer open it, which gives a more ’stereophonic’ envelope of sound surrounding the player and which some players find very inspiring. Stephan added a 20th half fret as well. Also included is an upgraded Carbon Fiber case and case cover.

This guitar has been very well cared for and is in like new condition really.

The sound is very clear and focused, with a great bass presence balanced by strong clear trebles, and a rich ‘modern’ voice, all of which makes it easy to understand why Stephan Connor has so many fans and professional players who value his guitars. Add to this the fact that it is a very powerful guitar and you have a very well rounded lovely sounding instrument with great articulation and lovely voicing.
