Dominique is the luthier most often referred to as ‘the next Friederich’ and with ample good reason. His guitars remind me very much of a fine friederich and yet they have their own subtle and exquisite character as well. Domique has a long wait list, however I am fortunate from time to time to be able to offer a new custom ordered Delarue guitar to my clients. He builds most often in Cedar and Indian but Spruce and other back and side options are available as well. In the opinion of many his guitars are among the finest coming out of France at this time…
