This fine NEW Smallman has found a new home, if you are interested in a Smallman please contact me…

I have had the pleasure of offering Smallman guitars to my clients for many many years now, and Greg, and sons Damon and Kym, have developed a reputation as superb and highly consistent builders. Over the past few years I have been fortunate to offer several new Smallman guitars and they have been among my all time favorites. To my ear the guitars of the last few years in particular have expressed just beautiful voices. Gone are the days when a common comment might have been ‘well they are loud but….”, they really have it all now, and as if to prove that point, this new instrument has a beautiful, rich and very pleasing voice, and of course heaps of power ( perhaps Smallman guitars are the most powerful guitars on the planet ). I really enjoyed sitting down with this guitar and hearing the voice that she was given by her builders, lovely, loud, expressive and somehow still ‘intimate’. I know that sounds like an oxymoron but darn if it isn’t true though. Superb.

The guitar plays super easily, and has the wonderful and ‘so easy to adjust without even taking the strings off’ adjustable action. I love that feature. The arm rest is comfortable, and allows the powerful top to have complete mobility without being dampened by the weight of the players forearm. They installed a nice set of Baljak tuners, and it even comes in the best possible case, a light and strong Karura carbon fiber flight case.

I think even people who may not have been ‘Smallman lovers’ would be converted by this guitar, she really has it all, exquisite.
