Anybody who has had the pleasure of listening to Stephan Schmidt’s recordings of the Bach Lute Works on his Dieter Mueller double top ( 10 string) understands why Dieter’s double tops are so sought after. This guitar confirms that is spades.

Lush, rich, powerful and articulate not to mention easy on the eyes! Everything one looks for in a modern double top, it is all here. Dieter used one of my favorite woods on this guitar, Ziricote, for the back and sides. I first hear/saw one of his Cedar/Ziricote double tops about 3 years ago when he brought one over from Germany during a visit to me here in Santa Barbara. I was just blown away by it, and since then, have only ordered duplicates of that guitar.

This guitar is the same, giving anything you ask of her, and the arm rest makes it even more comfortable than usual to play for hours, not to mention the silky action. A double top lovers dream and another gem from Dieter.
